This program provides high quality, structured workforce development training for youth ages 16 to 24. Participants will gain knowledge and understand of employment opportunities, career exploration, and personal and professional development. Topics we will cover:

  • Introduction to Publix

  • Customer Service

  • How to Have a Great Interview

  • Phone and Social Media Etiquette

  • Dressing for Success
