Parents and caregivers will have the opportunity to receive literacy and learning tools, such as books, flashcards, workbooks, crayons, etc. - through distribution of custom created Learning Packs. These Learning Packs serve as an awareness vehicle to connect families with children ten and under to available materials and support resources for early at-home reading. Packs may also contain various community resources and parenting guides.

Simple Start is a comprehensive literacy program designed to build awareness and understanding of the vital importance of mental wellness and early learning. We highlight how parents (and other adults) can help young children develop healthy habits through their early grades. It is grassroots in nature – serving as an awareness vehicle to connect parents, guardians and care givers of children ten and under to resources and tools they can use to ensure their children are ready for school and on the pathway to success.
